I bought this flat when I moved to Exeter from London in 2015. It’s been a fantastic base for me whilst I built my career here. I’ve fully renovated it and modernised it as I wanted it to be really light and airy. The French doors to the patio were an essential! I’ve had many friends over for dinner parties and they’ve always loved the connection from the kitchen to the patio. I’ll be sad to say goodbye to this lovely flat if I end up putting it on the market, but hope the buyer enjoys it as much as I have!
