Our story...
Rewind a few years, our second house sale had fallen through. We were tired, stressed and overwhelmed. Our kids had yet again planned their new life, but again that dream wasn’t to realise. After wiping away our tears, we went back to the drawing board, we visited online portals and estate agents and waited patiently until we were under offer again. Fortunately it was third time lucky a few weeks later but our stressful experience catapulted us to dig deep into ways to improve the whole process. It was only after the dust of renovations and our new life settled in Devon, that a seed idea was born. In that moment in time, as a homebuyer and seller, what did we really need? It was a sense of empowerment, a way to express ourselves as human beings in a deeper, more meaningful way amongst all the listings and viewings that often felt clinical. A place to be seen and heard, a community of homebuyers sellers and agents telling their unique stories. That was truly the missing piece of the puzzle for us.

Our vision...
Homeseller story: Imagine you’ve signed up to an agent and listed your home with them, as well as an online property platform. From our extensive research, potential buyers could be scrolling past your home listing because they are lacking the deeper insights into it. The feeling of your home, the special nooks and crannies, your favourite corners, the views, why you are moving, these are all elements that are hard to capture within a standard property listing. That’s where we would like to help enhance your home sale, by sharing your home story in your own words and with your own images. Suddenly your home comes alive and potential buyers are able to connect with it on an emotional level and they will then reach out to your agent with purpose.
Homebuyer story: Imagine you’re a homebuyer and have told countless agents your list of requirements but you feel you want tell your buyer story in your own words, with more depth and detail, and delve into your vision of what your ideal home really looks and feels like. Elements such as planning permissions, an amazing view, period home, modern home, a fantastic local pub or school, lack of neighbourhood noise, a close knit local community. By sharing your vision, we hope to create a more emotive connection with the right seller, who would approach you with purpose via their estate agent, or it may prompt a buy agent to reach out to you.
Thinking of selling?: Imagine you’re tentatively thinking about selling but want to test the waters first. You can share your seller story with us and agents can reach out to you and help you take the next step if you’re ready. Buyers can also see your home story, like it, and give you that injection of confidence.
Our main aim is to create a warm, inviting community where likeminded buyers and sellers are empowered to share their own unique, emotive stories as a way to enhance the homebuying and selling process.

Pricing (FREE at present)...
At present, as we are still in testing mode, there are no fees. But we would really appreciate you sharing your feedback so we can continue to fine tune our services for the community. Please read further to get an idea of how we envision the platform fees might operate in the future.
Joining the community will be free of charge for buyers and sellers. This will be an open community, where individual members will have access to all the platform content, which includes buyer and seller stories. Sharing your homebuyer, homeseller story or a story where you are thinking of selling, will be free under a standard membership. Premium membership will be offered in future, which for instance will include a verification tool.
Our pricing for agents will follow a monthly business membership, allowing agents to reach out to members sharing their buyer stories and those thinking of selling. It will also allow all their listed sellers to continue sharing their stories for free in future after the Beta period.
How it works for Buyers

You will also be able to see sellers' home stories
Engage to match
Once agents start joining, interest in your story will come via agents in the community (rather than sellers directly). If agents have a potential match within their listings (including off-market), they can send you a message via Moovafy with their contact details
You may then liaise with the agents directly, independently from us, if you wish to follow up
Meanwhile, if you see a seller home story that you are interested in, you can request to view the agent's listing where available and their contact details and follow up with the agent independently from us too. In future, we will be providing a verification feature and this will be required to receive agent's messages

How it works for Sellers
Boost your sale
If you are a seller and you are listed with an agent, you can boost your sale. Please ask your agent to join the Moovafy community too!
Should there be interest in your home story, if you have provided consent, homebuyers will be able to request the link via Moovafy to your agent's property listing. Please notice in future, only sellers whose agents are part of the community will be able to post for free. Moovafy does not provide direct contact between buyers and sellers, homebuyers can follow up with your agent independently from us
Make sure you keep an eye out on the community buyer stories too and let your agent know if any story could be a match! Your agent will need to be part of the community to send a message to prospective buyers
IF YOU ARE THINKING OF SELLING but haven't instructed an agent yet, you can tell your story too. Once Agents start joining the community, Agents interested in reaching out will be able to send you a message via Moovafy with their contact details

Agents
If you are an agent in the community with the right property for one of the buyer stories, you can send a message to the buyer with your contact details
If a seller for whom you are the agent receives interest in their boosted home story and they have provided consent to do so, homebuyers will be able to request the link to the property listing and buyers may follow up directly with you
If you see a story of someone who may be interested in selling their home (non-listed story) and would like to get in contact with them, you can send them a message with your contact details if you are part of the community
