Our story...
Rewind a few years, our second house sale had fallen through. We were tired, stressed and overwhelmed. We had yet again planned our new life, but again that dream wasn’t to realise. After wiping away our tears, we went back to the drawing board, we visited online portals and estate agents and waited patiently until we were under offer again. Fortunately it was third time lucky a few weeks later and this time the right match came through a local buyer who loved the idea of buying off another young family. Our stressful experience catapulted us to dig deep into ways to improve the whole process. It was only after the dust of renovations and our new life settled in Devon, that a seed idea was born. In that moment in time, as a homebuyer and seller, what did we really need? It was a sense of empowerment, a way to showcase our dream lifestyle and our home in a deeper, more meaningful way, especially amongst all the listings and viewings that often felt clinical. We also wanted to be able to tell our home’s unique backstory. That was truly the missing piece of the puzzle for us.

At present, as we are still in testing mode, there are no fees.
We are a community based platform which means that we focus on bringing people together to accomplish a common goal. Anyone can share their homebuyer and seller backstory and the platform is open to the public. You do not need to join the community but by sharing your stories, you become a part of it.
Our pricing for agents will follow a monthly business membership.

Engage to match
If agents have a potential match within their listings (including off-market), they can send you a message via Moovafy with their contact details
You can then liaise with the agents directly, independently from us
If you see a seller home story that you are interested in, you can request to view the agent's listing where available

How it works for Sellers
Share your backstory
If you are a seller and you are listed with an agent, you can share your backstory
Interested homebuyers will be able to request the link via Moovafy to your agent's property listing and contact details to follow up directly with them
Make sure you keep an eye out on the community buyer stories too and let your agent know if any story could be a match!
IF YOU ARE THINKING OF SELLING but haven't instructed an agent yet, you can tell your story too. Subscribed agents interested in getting your instruction will be able to reach out and send you a message via Moovafy with their contact details

How it works for Agents
Membership
If you are a subscribed agent in the community with the right property for one of the buyer stories, you can send a message to the buyer with your contact details
Subscribed agents can also post the story for their listed sellers and buyers on their behalf, with their consent
If a seller for whom you are the agent receives interest in their boosted home story those prospective homebuyers will get the link to the property listing and your details to follow up directly with you
If you see a story of someone who may be interested in selling their home (non-listed story) and you would like to get in contact with them, you can send them a message with your contact details as a subscribed agent
Moovafy does not provide direct contact between buyers and sellers
