HOME STORY: Due to retirement we are selling our beautiful farmhouse and attached holiday let, plus shepperds hut. Our 4 children were born in this home but we need to downsize reluctantly. It will be incredibly hard to say goodbye to our beloved home and it’s important to us to sell it to buyers who will treasure it as much as we have.
The holiday let has two lovely bedrooms. It is a small cottage with a small enclosed garden. The shepperds hut is very popular with Southwest coast path walkers as we are just on the edge of the path. The let has a good proven income, excellent reviews and many returning guests.
