We’ve kept chickens, grown fruit and veg in our polytunnel, our sons have a football area to practise in. We also have an outhouse that could be converted into a summer house and a 300+ year old piggery. There’s also a patch of land at the back which could be used for a potential business or an additional dwelling (pp needed). The cottage itself is extremely cosy, has two huge wood burners, beautiful beams and a really ‘old world’ feel. The upstairs has been renovated further but still feels very in keeping with the age of the cottage.
