It ticks a lot of boxes for us-
the location – feel very rural yet central to lots of towns and beaches including Godrevy, Hayle, St Ives, Helston and Camborne.
The village itself was voted best village to live it due to its wonderful community feel and all the useful amenities all withing walking distance from our home including a GP surgery, Primary School, village shop and post office, hairdressers, pub, fish and chip shop, pasty shop and Clowance estate.
The house itself is so practical and has lots of storage and is set up well for families with the open plan living downstairs. It feels cosy and warm in the winter with the log burner going and it stay cool and airy in the summer due to lots of light and windowd downstairs. We have a great master bedroom which is super spacious and handy en suite.
We have a handy internal entry to the garage to store biked, surfboards etc.
When sitting out in the garden it is peaceful and we often hear the resident owl at nighttime.
We have lots of country walks from our home which we enjoy taking our dog and children on to explore.
