The Limes is situated within a fantastic village called Doddington, there is a huge community spirit and a family friendly atmosphere. We have a yearly carnival and sports day, horticultural show and the best Christmas lights display for miles around. We are situated in a prime location to have front row seats for the annual Santa run, tractor run and Carnival procession! Everything you need on a daily basis is within the village, a primary school, a medical centre and community hospital with a minor injuries unit, pub, post office, shop, hairdressers, beautician and much more! We are also surrounded by countryside so perfect for dog walking, muddy boots walks with children and access to wide open spaces.
Our home is full of character with many original period features, a particular favourite is the original front door fanlight, wide Georgian plank flooring in the front reception room and a second set of old winder servants stairs. It is deceptively spacious with a large family dining kitchen featuring a vaulted ceiling and a South facing garden with established planting, mature fruit trees and a large summerhouse.
It’s a house that has space and storage in abundance!
