What is Moovafy?
We are not Agents, we are a platform that helps the Moovafy community of homebuyers, sellers and agents connect in a deeper, more meaningful way by sharing stories rather than stats.
I have joined the community, how can Moovafy help?
Buyers and sellers in Moovafy’s open community can share their unique homebuying and selling stories which are published on Moovafy. Everyone in the community can see the stories, including agents. And this is how the connection builds, via the unique human touch portrayed in those stories that pull the right buyer, seller and agent together for each journey.
So, does Moovafy put buyers and sellers in direct contact?
Moovafy does not put buyers and sellers in direct contact. Contact details for buyers and sellers are not shared, nor with agents.
Then, how can potential connections prosper?
In short, agents that are business members of the community can send messages with their contact details via Moovafy to the members sharing their story. When agents are part of the community, they can even assist with properties that are off-market. Moovafy can also provide a link to a seller’s public property listing from their agent’s site when this is available, subject to the seller’s consent, which can help sellers whose agents are not yet part of the community with potential buyers. Then it is entirely up to buyers and sellers to follow independently and directly with the agent. That is when a connection may materialise.
How can I share my story?
It’s very simple! Just fill in the form to share your story as a buyer or seller. We will receive it, it will be reviewed and once approved it will published. We aim at doing this in the fastest possible way. You can find out more about it in our terms.
How will I receive any messages?
If an agent wishes to send a buyer or seller an email, we will send it to you. You will receive an email only from the info@moovafy.co.uk email address. The agent will not know your details, but the agent’s details will be on the email we send you, so you can follow if you wish independently and directly with them.
We will work on future automations of this process as the platform grows, so for instance you may be able to receive these messages and notifications directly on the platform.
What stage is Moovafy at?
We’re currently focusing on growing our community and have just started a free trial for our Beta platform, our aim is to start small and keep it as personal and unique as possible.
Where does Moovafy operate?
Moovafy is aimed at buyers, sellers and agents in the UK. We are starting with a focus in the South West of the country, where we are based, and want to progressively expand nationwide.
How does the pricing work?
There are no fees at present at our current stage, we’re fully focussed on growing the community and platform.
If you want to find out more about our future pricing model, please visit our home page. We’re not commission based, we’re a platform offering platform services. Our objective is to be as transparent as possible and develop a pricing model that reflects this.
Our current model for future pricing is primarily a monthly business membership fee for agents wishing to be part of the community, which will allow them to send messages and for their listed sellers to share their story on Moovafy for free. As we incorporate more features and conclude the Beta phase, there may be advertising and other fees for some services and we are also planning to involve other businesses that can help buyers and sellers in their journey, for instance removal companies, surveyors, decorators and local builders. We will listen closely to all feedback and this model will continue to evolve as our platform grows.
