We are looking to move our family and our craft business to a countryside area around mid Devon, though not far from Exeter. We would like a farm house with a bit of land, but don’t need acres of it. What we really need is outbuildings with decent foundations, particularly at least one barn that we can convert. We need the planning permissions to have been granted. Our goal is to renovate the farmhouse and use the outbuildings for our craft business. Our budget limit is £850k.
