I’m looking for an apartment that has already been refurbished or part refurbished which is very close to the Bath town centre as I work locally and do not drive. I would love a ground floor with a small patio for my dog or a first floor with a balcony with a lovely view (I’d have to dog proof it!). I would prefer a character / period feel but would consider a modern flat if it’s surrounded by period properties and has a sense of tradition around it. I would love a walk in shower and an open plan kitchen / dining room. No tiny broom cupboard kitchens please! I love cooking and need space to entertain my friends on the weekend. I love hosting dinner parties so this is really important to me. I would rather compromise on bedroom size than kitchen size. I love walking my dog along the river so close proximity to that would be optimum too.
