Village or small market town with a strong community, must have a pub and local shop. House needs to have a largish kitchen, ideally a pantry, downstairs loo. Be a bit quirky not a new build with loads of the same houses all around it. Must have garage or workshop for motorbikes, a garden for 3 pet chickens, off road parking. Sunshine for at least some of the day in the garden. A house that hugs you.
