Two non negotiables:
1) Direct outriding to a good range of bridleways/common/etc. as in not needing to ride on lots of lanes or box to riding
2) Ground floor 1-2 bed annexe in place (not potential to create one) either as part of main property or separate building
Ideally 3+ decent sized stables
Tack room/feed/bedding/hay stores
Ideally 5+ acres flat well drained
Menege would be great but not essential
House 3 bed min good condition no renovation required
A home gym or space to create one
*The one thing we can’t live without: Equestrian facilities and annexe
*This is the area we are looking for: Location – very flexible but not North and Far West Wales, East or North England or Scotland.
Situation – we would like to be rural but not completely isolated, somewhere with views, space, quiet, wildlife but within good reach of facilities.
*A bit more on the background for our move: to move to a quieter more peaceful more relaxing location.
Have horses on our property and be more self sustained.
