I would love to find a Victorian flat with original features that I can renovate to my own taste on the Hyde Farm area. Ideally I’d like a first floor flat but would consider a ground floor. I won’t consider a basement at all and it needs to have outdoor space either a large patio or small garden. South facing would be amazing as I love eating outdoors in the spring and summer. I’d like to be within five minutes of a corner shop and a bus stop and no more than a 15 minute walk to a tube station.
