Meet Laurence (updated)

We are a professional couple aged 55 and 61 (I am semi retired) living in Hertfordshire.
We have been wanting to move to Cornwall for a few years having both visited many times for short and longer term breaks. Our children are adult and flown the nest.
Our house goes on the market in October 2024.
Looking for 3+ bed detached with garden and parking.
Preferably a garage.
Annexe would be nice.
Open plan.
Village location preferably with pub and shop.
We have stayed in many places in Cornwall in summer and winter to narrow down our ideal place. (We got married at Nancarrow farm in 2023). We like the area around Truro and Falmouth, Perranwell Station, Ponsanooth, Mylor Bridge on the south. We also like Hayle, Wadebridge, St Agnes, Carbis in the north. Not so keen on the towns of Camborne and Redruth or Bodmin but we are open to ideas!
